Bredewater 24 is located in the Meerzicht-Oost district, a quiet and sought-after residential area in Zoetermeer. The location offers an ideal balance between city conveniences and the calm of a residential neighbourhood. Within minutes, you can reach the Stadshart of Zoetermeer, where you’ll find a wide range of shops, restaurants, cafés and other amenities. Several parks and green spaces are also nearby, perfect for walking or outdoor relaxation.

The former office building has been fully transformed into 67 residential units and 12 commercial spaces for young entrepreneurs.

We place great importance on maintaining a high level of hygiene throughout our projects. All shared facilities are cleaned weekly by a professional cleaning team.

Please note: we only rent to single-person households.

On-site parking is available, and bicycles can be stored safely in the covered bicycle shed.

Bredewater 24 is easily accessible by public transport. Within walking distance, you’ll find Zoetermeer Intercity Station, the sprinter station and the RandstadRail, offering excellent connections to cities such as The Hague, Utrecht, Rotterdam and Amsterdam.

The nearest bus stops are Zoetermeer, Viaduct Afrikaweg, both approximately a 6-minute walk away.
